1. Reference factors for wire diameter selection of high-voltage wires:
1. Conductor standards, such as LV216-1/2, ISO19642, etc.;
2. Conductor working voltage platform and voltage range;
3. The effective working current of the loop;
4. The working environment temperature of the high-voltage wire;
6. Circuit insurance capacity;
7. The high-voltage wire harness plug-in allows crimping wire diameter.
2. The basic steps for the selection of high-voltage wiring harness wires for electric vehicles are as follows:
1. Check the working voltage platform of high-voltage wires. At present, the general voltage platform is below 1000V DC, so high-voltage wires that can withstand 1000V DC are mostly used;
2. According to the temperature rise curve combined with the current carrying capacity of the wire and the temperature of the working environment, select the wire diameter of the wire;
3. Comparing the peak current, peak duration and wire smoking curve, the peak duration is less than the wire smoking time;
4. Comparing the fusing time of the fuse and the smoking time of the wire, the smoking time of the wire is greater than the fusing time of the fuse;
