TX-S20 External Mill Tool Grinding Machine
The re-sharpening machine is very innovative equipment made to withstand rigorous and hard metal sharpening operations. It delivers very precise grinding results with an accuracy of up to 0.02mm. The equipment is easy to learn and operate and will sharpen a drill bit in 20 seconds. The power consumption is good and the grinder usage of approximately 0.2 mm. The quality of the grinding wheel has been ensured by using diamond dust wheel grinding material. The toolbox is also well secured. Some of the units are portable hence can be used at the worksite. Various models of drill bit re-sharpener and universal drill grinders are available depending on the customer's needs in machining.

It can sharpen the tip angle (apex angle), front cutting edge (positive rake angle), and chip flute (rear angle) of the drill bit.
