If the sample is suitable for immersion in liquid nitrogen, choose the YDS series; if the sample is suitable for immersion in nitrogen and requires an intelligent monitoring system, choose the cryobank series liquid nitrogen tank.
The cryobank series of liquid nitrogen tanks can also be called "small gas-liquid phase tanks" and "low-temperature sample storage tanks". It can be said to be the "mini" version of the YDD series of gas-phase liquid nitrogen tanks and has the same functions as the YDD series. Dual storage mode and intelligent management system, the only difference is material and capacity.
Let’s talk about the material first. The cryobank series liquid nitrogen tanks are the same as the YDS series. They are made of aviation aluminum materials. The inner and outer tanks are made of the same material. Although they are lightweight, they have high strength and good thermal insulation effect. They have double handles on the outside and can be moved at any time.
Let’s talk about the capacity. The capacity of the cryobank series liquid nitrogen tanks is actually similar to that of the YDS series. There are four options: 65 liters, 95 liters, 145 liters, and 175 liters. The capacity does not exceed 175 liters. In order to facilitate the use of freezing racks to store samples, the caliber All have a large diameter of 216mm, and the quantities of 2ml cryovials stored are 2400, 3600, 4800 and 6000 respectively.
Except for the difference in material and capacity, cryobank series liquid nitrogen tanks are the same as YDD series gas phase liquid nitrogen tanks, such as:
1. All have intelligent management systems that can display liquid level, loss, temperature changes, etc. in real time;
2. Can remotely monitor, communicate, alarm, etc.;
3. It can be connected to the self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank to set the replenishment height to realize automatic replenishment, which is convenient and quick, saving labor;
4. Two storage modes are available, gas phase and liquid phase, etc.
It has an intelligent monitoring system, is compatible with two storage modes, and has a variety of capacity options to meet the needs of laboratory cell gas phase storage. Of course, the cryobank series liquid nitrogen tanks are the first choice.
