Structural characteristics
Tank needle is one of the key parts of textile machinery, we developed XC-7 multi slot needle bed CNC machine tools, is a special CNC machine tools for each face processing groove needle bed design, can also be used for other parts of processing machinery.. The machine can realize the milling,drilling, boring, reaming and tapping processes. The machine increases a plurality of milling head device can automatically finish milling through all the needle groove manual tool changing.
Y axis, Z axis guide rail adopts slide quenched and plastic, good rigidity, stable and reliable.
X axis, Y axis, Z axis adopts Germany 1+F high precision ball screw
Spindle components: spindle is made of alloy steel. Group main shaft bearing and screw support bearings are imported bearing (NSK).
The tool clamping and loosening: spindle with automatic broach mechanism.
The control system of the machine tool used in Japan FANUC company products, with independent electrical box and the installation of air-conditioning equipment.
Machine adopts wet processing, with independent water tank. Chip machine for automatic spiral chip chip.
