The structure features:
Machine body, motor, reduction gears, six arris spindle, Moving Blade and bottom fix blade, frame, bearing housing and other major structures.

The working principle:
Spindle bearings on both sides of main shaft, through motor and reduction gear, rotary main shaft drives the spiral arrangement blades, make the blades on two shafts are meshing together, to tear, raw materials, and repeating this move to finished shredding. electronic control parts has a Reverse automatic control devices, when overfeeding or raw material is too big, Machine will inverted running and stop, avoid damage of blades or motor. To improve the service life and cutting ability, the main shaft through conditioning processing, and use high quality imported blades.

3. The blade has many different materials: 9 Cr Si, SKD-11, 6cRw2Si, Cr12MoV, D2, W6, 55SiCr,
high hardness, good wear resistance, more choices.
4. The main shaft after heat treatment, increase the rated torque.
5. Split type bearing technology design, can quickly and efficiently to replace bearings, blade.
6. Spiral arrangement blades, increase the service life of the equipment.
