General Introduction:
Zinc selenide (ZnSe) is an optically inert material with high purity, strong environmental adaptability and easy processing. It has low transmission loss and good light transmission performance. Zinc selenide material has high transmittance in 600nm-16μm band, low absorption and thermal shock resistance, so it is the preferred material for high power CO2 laser optical components.
Due to its good refractive index uniformity and consistency, the infrared material is also an ideal material for protecting Windows and optical components in current infrared (FLIR) thermal imaging systems. At the same time, zinc selenide materials are also widely used in medical and industrial thermal radiation meter and infrared spectrometer window and lens.

1).The chemical properties of CVD ZnSe Of Germany IR and NIR matrials are inert;
2). It has non hygroscopicity and high purity;
