EAC Evaporative Condenser is best suited for a project. The information contained within this section is geared towards the use of evaporative condensers in the HVAC and light industrial markets only. There are two types of evaporative condensers: combined flow and counterflow.
Feature
FEATURESThe width is 1330mm for horseshoe shaped holes and 1300mm for round holes. It is changeless because of the changeless mould decide it .But the length can be customized by customers, such as 2840mm,3050mm,3098mm or 3100mm.The thickness of EAC fill is 0.38mm at least. Some of customer request the thickness arrive to be 0.45mm or 0.5mm. Why customer should choose the large thickness?That is because the large area of the surface meet hot water and hanging for long time, it need the strong support power if it is thick enough, or it will be broken like a thin paper.
TWO DESIGNS
There are two designs of the EAC fills:One is horseshoe shape holes with one sideeliminator, the other is round shape holeswith one side eliminator which there is 10degree inclination.The one side drift eliminator have same func-tion as ML cooling tower fill’ s drift eliminator.Beside the drift eliminator on the EAC fill, weLanyu company cooling tower fill make thespecial EAC eliminator which the width is 145 mm,the length is 3000mm per piece for customer’ s installation if necessary.
