1. Product structure characteristics

2. Working principle
When working, the processed materials enter the crushing chamber from the hopper and are hit and broken by the high-speed rotating working parts. At the same time, the movement direction of the material is changed. Since the high-speed rotating working parts destroy the sedimentation of the material layer, the material will be crushed accordingly. The rotor moves. During this process, the particles are repeatedly subjected to collisions between the working parts and the machine body, as well as collisions and frictions between particles, and are gradually crushed until the geometric diameter is smaller than the diameter of the sieve holes. Under the action of centrifugal force and air flow, the crushed materials It leaks into the crushing chamber through the screen holes and is discharged from the discharge port.
For this machine, the crushing fineness is determined by the size of the sieve holes. Users can choose the screen reasonably according to the particle size requirements of the feed.
