XSL-16S full servo paper cup machine adopts 13 servo motors to control each station running. It replaced the traditional chain &gear transmission design. The advantage is: stable running speed,low voice, easy operation,lower maintenance cost. The speed can reach 120-150PCS/min. This machine is suitable to produce 4-16OZ hot/ cold drink cups.

Problems in sale _____ Q1. About payment 30% of the total payment will be paid in advance, and the rest need paid before delivery.

The standard machine is generally 45 working days after receiving the deposit and confirm the final drawing.

After Machine finished, we will test the cup quality by our professional engineer or sales manager, and also can send the samples to customer for quality check. We will finish installation and training within 3 working days for each machine.

You should charge for the cost of our engineer's visa,2-way air tickets,local traffic,personal insurance, hotel, food, and also their salary 120USD one day per person.
Q4. How long is your machine's warranty period?
For this machine, the cam transmission part is 3 years, and electrical part is one year, and our company provides lifetime maintenance services.
Q5. Does your engineer speak English?
Our engineers are experienced in machine , but can not speak English. So, pls arrange the translator during his visit.

Q6. How do we solve the machine problem after your engineer leaving?
During our engineer visit customer's factory, will training your labor how to maintain the machine.
