Shengbai pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of transport machinery, the use of compressed air as power source, for all kinds of corrosive liquid, liquid with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, highly toxic liquid, can be sucked out, has been formed mass production, product quality is well received. The main characteristic of this kind of pump is without irrigation water diversion, both can flow pumping liquid, and can carry some is easy to flow medium, high, suction head is adjustable air pressure is (0 to 50 meters) or work only more than 1 kg/cm2, submersible pump, self-priming pump, all impurity pump, shield pump, slurry pump function, and many features of the conveying machinery.
Main Features:
1, do not need irrigation water, suction up to 7m, 50m head, outlet pressure ≥ 6kGF /cm2;
2, flow spacious, good performance, allowing through the maximum particle diameter of 10mm. Pumping mud, impurities, little wear on the pump;
3, head, flow can be achieved through the valve opening stepless regulation (air pressure regulation between 1-7kGF /cm2);
4, the pump has no rotating parts, no shaft seal, diaphragm pumping medium and pump moving parts, working medium is completely separated, the transmission medium will not leak out. So pumping toxic, easy to play or corrosive media, will not cause environmental pollution and harm to personal safety;
5, do not need to use electricity place safe and reliable;
6, can be immersed in the medium work;
7, convenient, reliable work, stop by simply opening and closing the gas valve, even if long time no medium due to unexpected run or stop suddenly, the pump will not be damaged because of this, not overload, the pump will automatically stop, has to protect themselves, when load returns to normal, and automatically start running;
8, simple structure, less wearing parts, the pump structure is simple, convenient installation and maintenance, pump transmission medium will not come into contact with the valve, connecting rod and other moving parts, unlike other types of pump due to the rotor, piston, gear, blade and other parts of the wear and tear and make the performance gradually decline;
9, can transport sticky liquid (viscosity below 10,000 centipoors);
