Rotary joints, with the adoption of spring loaded pistonstructure, give the sealing ring a constant pressure and thus maketight its attachment to the lower cap. The lower cap is linked byflange to the spindle nose of the dryer, and the piston remains stablewhile the lower cap rotates synchronously with the dryer, so thesealing ring can move to adapt the angle variation and eccentricity.
How to select the rotary Joint
1. One way flow type: the rotary joint is installed at both ends of the drum, the fluid enters from one end and discharges from the other end, without inner pipe.
2. One way flow type: a rotary joint is installed at one end of the drum, at the same time, the fluid is introduced and discharged at this end, and the rotation of the inner pipe relative to the drum is static.
3. Two way flow type (inner tube fixed): different from the previous type, there are different types of siphons in the drum to discharge the condensate. This type is mostly used for steam type.
4. Two way flow type (inner tube rotation): this type is used for the structure that the inner tube is relatively fixed with the roller and runs synchronously with the roller. At this time, the fluid is led in by the inner tube and discharged by the outer tube.
5.Two way flow type (inner tube rotation): a siphon is installed in the inner part of the drum which runs synchronously with the drum to discharge the condensate. This type is mostly used for steam type.
