Product Description
1. It is used in mixing, drying, coloring and other industrial art, it is the ideal equipment for producing profile and pipe,all the extruding complete lines.
2. It is heating mixing has self-friction electric heating
3. Two layers of sealing is adopted in the pot cover, pot cover of cooling machine adopts arch cover, which can avoid deforming
4. High Speed Pvc Hot And Cold Mixer has features of contact construction, good performance
5. They have passed the test of dynamic balance and static equilibrium according to the national standard.
This machine adopts automatically design, its run flow as follow: Load materials into heat mixer by spiral loader → set material discharge temperature for heat mixer → auto discharge material into cool mixer when reach the set temperature Of course, the cool mixer also can be controlled by temperature.
Features and application
Application Examples:1. In PVC pipe production, you need use high speed mixer to mix the PVC powder, CaCo3 and additives.
2. in master batch (pigment) granulating production line, you need use high speed mixer to mix colorstuffs, fillers and additives.
3. in modified plastics production, the first step is to use high speed to mix different materials to homogenization.
4. In activated CaCo3 production, you need to mix the CaCo3 and coupling agent to homogenization.
