4.4 Operating procedures:
Crafting process: The central axis of the expansion sleeve is vertically turned by 90° to make the expansion sleeve turn and horizontally penetrate into the paper tube core of the reel. The expansion sleeve is electrically tightened. The sleeve shaft is perpendicular to the reel, and then the roll film is moved to the pallet for stacking; then the electric expansion sleeve is released, and the operation is repeated.
5,Operation control instructions
5.1 Location: Move the track to control the coregripper to move the expansion sleeve to the top of the reel and insert it into the inner core hole;
5.2 Gripping coil: Press the "Tighten" button to control, the clamp will start to tighten automatically, and it can be lifted and transported.
5.3 Reel rotate: Press the "L&R Rotate" button to control, the electric rotating mechanism moves to make the reel 90 degrees along the rotating shaft .
5.4 Moving reel: The moving track controls the spreader to move to the unwinding position;
5.5 Reel release: Press the release button with both hands to release the reel material, and control the lift button to separate the expansion sleeve from the roll film.
