Application: This burger automatic packing line is mainly suitable for the packaging of round bread/bun/burger coming in multi-row/ multi-line. The packing line can directly connect to the production line to realize automatic continuous feeding , manual feeding is also vailable.Performance: 1. A hamburger packing line is composed of 4 separating conveyor, an automatic feeding unit and a packaging machine, it can automatic make products in groups and distribute products equally. After photoelectric detection, controlled by the automatic feeding unit and the grouping device, the products are arranged and combined according to the setting, enter into automatic packaging machine, and achieve continuous, orderly production, low rejection rate and beautiful packaging.2. The packaging speed of a single line is 30-40 bags/min (depends on product combination).3. The whole packaging line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, total power of one line is about 6.3kW (not including packaging machine). Advantages: 1. The conveyor platfonn of the hamburger packing line is equipped with a product equalization device to ensure the number of products in each channel is even. 2.Multi-belt with different speed make product's distance larger, realizes stable product conveying, precise positioning, high speed and stability.
