Product Description GHJ series high speed shear blender mixer machine consists of a vertical mixing barrel, bottom placed agitating impeller and side installed choppers. When powders or slurry meterials are fed into the mixing barrel, the specially designed rotating impeller pushes the material onto the inner barrel wall.
Under the effect of centrifugal force, the material moves up alongside the barrel wall to form a swirl flow. At the same time, the side installed high-speed chopper completely shear and chop the materials to get uniform mixing. GHJ series high speed shear blender mixer machine is extensively used in pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgical, food, light and agricultural industries for small scale fast mixing with very high homogeneity. This design can carry out even mixing of powders or slurry materials with different proportion, so that the mixed materials can reach their best effectiveness.

Features • Strong and fast mixing: Strong and fast mixing can be achieved due to effective drive design and variable speed of agitating impeller and chopper.
• High-degree of homogeneity: When material is added at the rate of 0.1%, the homogeneity can reach 98% in short time without lumps or agglometations.
• Heating jacket: A heating jacket can be equipped as an option in the mixing tank shell for heating process.
• Liquid spray nozzle: Spray nozzle can be equipped as an option to add liquid additives which can be evenly sprayed onto the mixture.
• Well bearing sealing: Shaft sealing is the combination of Teflon packing sealing and air-tight sealing to make sure long life-span.
• Automatic discharging valve: The combined discharge valve is pneumatic planer flap valve. The flap plate can perfectly match the mixing tank inner wall to make sure no dead corner.
• The cylindrical mixing bowl and specially designed agitating impeller can guarantee no blind angle in mixing.

Applications This mixer machine is extensively used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and other various industry powder body, dry and wet mixed material mix.
