Product Description The Disperser Mixer is used to disperse and mix different kinds of liquids with suspended solids evenly. Through the very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc, the strong shearing, crashing and friction forces generated between the materials and toothed disc disperse, dissolve and mix the materials efficiently. Even stir, high speed, well sealed, and no vibration. It could be meet high/low speed mixing for low or middle viscosity products. Disperser mixer is widely used in the paint, pigment, coating, resin, ink, dyestuff, pesticide, adhesive, sealant, paste, paste-type material, lubricant, paste cosmetics, emulsion production.

Material: SUS304 stainless steel / SUS316L stainless steel;

Mixing tank: custom-made Including single layer or double jacket(with cooling, heating, vacuum system or not) open-top type, sealed type; flat-bottom, round-bottom, cone-bottom; flat lid, round lid, etc.
