Dugros Leather India Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2006, is an ISO 9001:2015 certified and BSCI –compliant professional OEM/ODM manufacturer. We have been specialized in designing and manufacturing all kinds of genuine leather bags, wallets and accessories for over 15 years.
We also have an in-house well equipped LWG certified tannery which processes raw skin to produce finished leather to cater our factories based on the customer’s requirement, thus keeping the quality of leather in control and offering very competitive prices. Other than leather, we also make bags in canvas, jute, nylon and PU. We have been cooperating with clients from Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
Our 3 production units all located in Kolkata (India) with two of them in the leather hub of the city (Leather complex, “Bantalla”) along with an in-house tannery, with more than 500 professional and skilful workers, equipped with modern facilities and total production area of 10,000/sq. meters, our monthly capacity reaches 50,000 bags and 1,00,000 wallets.
Over the past 15 years, due to the excellent quality, competitive price as well as fast customer service, Dugros has been well known as a reliable and capable supplier to many international group and brands. Our R&D department which is equipped with over 40 professional sample technicians that can create 200pcs new styles every month.
Ever since our foundation, we have been focusing on strict quality control over the production to ensure the quality of our every delivery by implementing a ratio of 1QC/20 workers.
Our leather/Hardware/Painting edge/Reinforcement/Lining have all passed eco-friendly tests by Intertek and Bureau Veritas.

SAMPLE SERVICES
We can replicate any design provided by you and as per your specimen sheet. After making the sample, we do prepare cost sheet and quote our best price based on the quantity. The lead time is 7 to 15 days, depending on the product. Sample prices charged will be refunded after we receive an order according to our MOQ.
CUSTOMIZED SERVICES
Customized logo can be printed. Sample orders are accepted. Quick response and fast delivery are guaranteed. Customers' designs are welcome.
LOGO SERVICES
Engraving Laser printing. Silk screen printing: used for simple logos. Colorful foil logos. Rubber sticker printing. UV printing (matte/glossy): used for special material printing. We have all these printing craft and can do as your requirement.
AFTER-SALES SERVICES
When you place an order with us, during production we will capture clear photos of your products so you can see them step by step. We can book container for you by our forwarder and calculate all kinds of costs during shipping and keep follow up of your goods. A. We have 15 years of expertise in producing leather men’s bag, ladies handbag, backpack, office bag, travel bag, wallets, credit card holders, passport covers, clutches, pouches, slings, key holders, Aprons, gloves, kitchen appliances etc. We also make bags in canvas, fabric, jute, PU.
2. Q. Are those products on your website all genuine leather?
A. We primarily deal in genuine leather as we produce the leather ourselves in our in-house tannery. But we do also make goods out of canvas, jute, fabric and PU.
3. Q. What about your products, do they meet the European's environmental standards?
A. We abide the EU regulations and meet the standards as we are an SA 8000, LWG Tanners, and ISO 9001:2015 - company.
4. Q. What payment method can you accept?
A. PayPal, L/C, D/P, T/T, 30% ADVANCE PAYMENT payments for offline orders.
5. Q. What is your MOQ?
A. Bags- 100-200 pcs per style per color. Wallets- 200-300 pcs style per color. Small accessories: 300-500 pcs per style per color.
6. Q. What about the lead time?
A. 45-80 days depending on the product and quantity.
