Automatic Online Brushing system keeps HE tubes cleaning from fouling and scaling, Chiller condenser/heat exchanger tubes are often suffering from fouling and scaling, resulting the ineffective cooling production and high energy consumption of the system, Therefore, the system owner has to pay extra cost for cleaning and maintenance.
The fouling in the condenser tube is a poor heat conductor. Compared with the good heat conduction of the copper tube, Fouling and scaling's conductivity are 300 times less; when the fouling built-up to be 1 mm, the heat transfer efficiency is reduced by 40%, and the additional power consumption is increased over 30% which caused by the extra work from the compressor.

Each tube served with a set of brush which is compelled to move up and down every 4hours by the circulating water. with this high frequency automatic cleaning the chiller can achieve high efficiency with low energy consumption in operation as
scaling and fouling are no longer exist, not to say the chance to build-up. It does not require downtime for complicated cleaning, no need to use chemical which considered as an element of pollution.
