High Quality Impact Crusher For Stone Crushing Plant Product DescriptionThe impact crusher is a new generation of impact crusher designed by our company in combination with domestic and foreign advanced technologies to meet the needs of customers for low investment cost, energy saving and low consumption,it is often used in conjunction with jaw crushers for medium and fine crushing of medium-hard materials,it is the preferred model of secondary crushing equipment in major sandstone and mineral processing production lines.
PF series of equipment includes secondary and tertiary impact plate which can handle the materials less than 100-800mm in the length.It is suitable to crush the medium hard material with compressive resistance of 350Mpa. Working principle and product structureIt is mainly composed of rack, feed hopper, plate hammer, impact plate, discharge device, motor, transmission device, and other components.Crushing mainly relies on impact energy. Driven by a motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the plate hammer action zone, it collides with the plate hammer on the rotor and is broken, then it is thrown onto the impact device and broken again. Then, it bounces back from the impact liner to the plate hammer action zone and is broken again. This process is repeated, with the material entering the first, second, and third impact chambers from large to small for repeated crushing until the material is broken to the required particle size, Discharge from the discharge port.
