VSI Sand Making Machine is developed on the basis of several patents of our company with the material striking against material, material striking against metal. ATAIRAC VSI Sand Making Machine has two models: 'Stone -Stone (VSI-I)' and 'Stone-Steel (VSI)'. The 'Stone-Stone (VSI-I)' can be used in processing hard materials, and the percentage of sand productivity is about 40%; The 'Stone-Steel (VSI)'can be used in processing the materials with medium and high degree of hardness and the percentage of sand productivity is about 40-60%. The VSI Sand Making Machine can be widely applied to stone reshaping, fine-grain making and sand making in the fields of construction, industrial ore, metallic ore and material recovery, it is the most ideal equipment for artificial sand-making.
(1)Deep cavity design enables bigger inner space of impeller, therefore more throughput capacity and higher efficiency;
(2)Reasonable inner structure, the material liner forms on the chamber wall, which could effectively extend the service life of impeller and wearing parts, reduce usage cost.
(3)High, middle and low speed grades are optional, which amplify the crusher efficiency, and combine crushing, sand making, re-shaping functions as one,
(4)The wear-resistant plate and surfacing on the impeller upper plate provide dual protection, which ensure the impeller safety and repeating use.
(5)Higher manufacturing accuracy and dynamic, static balancing technology make the impeller outstanding in unbalance resistance.
(6)Modularized wearing parts design ensures high generality, less wearing parts type and convenient wearing parts replacement.

Remarks: The above capacity of listed crusher is based on the limestone with bulk density 1.6t/m3. The capacity will be affected by many factors such as material shape and nature,grain composition, feeding method and working conditions, etc. So, the above capacity will be changed on the basis of site condition.
Optional Configuration
(1) Feeding control device
Manual hydraulic pump is optional to adjust the flow into impeller, at the same time, by adjusting the vertical position of distributor plate, the proportion of impeller feeding flow and cascade flow into crushing chamber could be controlled accurately.
(2) Simple and easy-to-use lifting device
Hanging type manual or electric hoist is optional for the crusher. During crusher maintenance, this lifting device could easily and conveniently lift the upper cover, feeding hopper, distributor, impeller, main shaft, etc.
(3)Hydraulic jack-up and rotating device on the top section
The device is optional designed for this crusher, which could jack up the feeding hopper and rotate it aside.
(4)Multifunctional crushing chamber
This crusher has two crushing mechanisms: "Stone-stone" and "Stone-steel", and two mechanisms are convertible in one crushing chamber by simple parts replacement, so as to satisfy requirement of different crushing environment and raw material.
(5)Oil lubrication and automatic control system
The oil lubrication system and PLC control and inspection system is optional for installation to monitor feeding quantity, current, oil temperature, main shaft temperature, the system can also realize vibrating protection function.
