Product Description
Water filling machine is used to fill pure water, mineral water and other non-carbonated beverage.
All the machine part which contact with liquid is high quality stainless steel 304. The relative fittings are from international famous brand.
This machine is comprised of rinsing, filling and capping system. Rinsing: grip the bottle neck, rotate filling plate, inverse bottle; internal rinsing and external spraying make bottles be cleaned completely. Filling: gravity filling with holding bottle neck; the special backflow type of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also control liquid level accurately. Capping: magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage rate and make the capping performance the best.
This machine owns the reasonable, stable and safe design. Under the condition that the bottle neck size is the same, only the output star wheel needs to be changed if bottles are different. It improves the efficiency a lot.

Washing Part:The bottle enters into the rinsing part of three-in-one machine through air conveyor.
The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.
After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down with 180 degree and cantred above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again

| Filling valve: Long tube filling type with 2 times filling process to make sure perfect filling level
Liquid tank, filling valves, controlling rings, upgrading cylinder.
High speed and mass flow filling valve ensures the high filling speed and exact fluid level. Parts contacting liquid are all made of excellent stainless steel or food grade engineering plastic.

Capping Part:
Rotative capping turret, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles
The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads.
The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam.

| Blowing Machine with different options:
1. Semiautomatic Blowing Machine for 800BPH-2000bph from 0.2-2.5L bottle with 2 or 4 cavities.
2. Full automatic blowing machine from 2 cavity, 4 cavity, 6 cavity, 8 cavity, 9 cavity,etc from 2500BPH to 12000BPH for 500ml bottle.

RO System
Besides Water filling machine, this RO system is very important in the whole water project, we prefer you supply water analysis report from your local inspection department.
This RO system we can make to match up with your water filling machine from capacity from 500L/Hr to 100000L/hr.
This system included sand filter, carbon filter, sodium exchanger, precision filter, Reverse Osmosis, UV, Ozone generator, Ozonized Tower, Pure water tank.
This system is made of SUS304 or SUS316 material, thickness is 2.5mm-3mm we promised.
We use GNP or CNP water pump, USA DOW or HYDRANAUTICS membrane, etc

| Semiautomatic Labeling Machine:
1. Steam Heating Shrink Tunnel can be applied to different and irregular bottle types, e.g. round,square and flat bottles.
It adopts seamless tube, the distribution of low-pressure steam drum and the spout of steam use the separation style which make the tunnel smooth.
2. Steam generator the water is fed into the series of wholly automatic electrical heating generator by high pressure potential vortex pump made of copper with short water-supply time and durable service.
A floating ball for liquid level is fixed in the water tank to automatically control the water inlet.
Working system is all automatically controlled.After connecting the water supply and power supple for 5 minutes or so,it can output the steam continuously with high working efficiency.
