Product Description

1. Standard Facilities:
The whole structure of the hydraulic press brake:
1). Welded structure: The press brake adopts whole steel welded structure. And it has enough intensity and rigidity.
2). Frame: Ram synchronization during the stroke is controlled by a mechanical torque synchro system, which is steady and reliable. And the stroke of the ram is adjusted in the inter cylinders. The ram stroke (Y axis) and the back gauge (X axis) adopts ball-bearing screw and rolling guide way, quick speed and high report positioning precision. Upper clamp is fitted with compensation device.
3). Hydraulic valves are from Germany Rexroth
4). Hydraulic pump is from SUNNY brand (USA venture in China)
5). Ball screw & Line guide rail Taiwan HIWIN
6). Main electric components are from Siemens or Schneider.
7). Hydraulic seals are from NOK, Japan
2.Control System
1). ESTUN E21 NC control + Frequency inverter
2). Optional Control system: China ESTUN E200, Delem DA-41S,
3). Worktable mechanical compensation or hydraulic compensation device is optional.
3. After-Sale Services
1). Free installation, trial start and adjustment, training. Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.
2). Warranty period is 2 years. During the warranty period we shall reply to the call or Fax from the user for the machine faults (expect for faults caused by no abiding by the relevant operation regulations, or by force injury) within 24 hours.
3). We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine for a few days, and then use customer's materials for test. After making sure machine is the best performance, then make shipments.
