Stainless steel wire mesh is made of stainless steel wire through warp and weft woven. Mainly used for the filtration and screening of gas, liquid and solid, the separation of media and so on. With resistance for acid, alkali, high temperature and grind, it is widely used in industries like petroleum, petrochemical, automotive, new energy, food, pharmacy and others.
Material:Mainly AISI304, AISI316, AISI316L, other 201, 202, 321,430.
Weave Type: Plain weave, Twilled weave, Plain dutch weave, Twilled dutch weave, Reverse dutch weave.
Performance: Corrosion-resisting, Wear-resisting, Tear-resisting.
Uses: Mainly used for Separation and Flitration, extensively used in petroleum, chemical industry, environment protection, mine, airspacem paper-making, electronic, metallurgy etc.

Typical weaving patterns for stainless steel wire mesh: plain weave, twill weave, dutch weave.
Usually in 30m (up to 200) long and in width of 1m, 1.2m, 1.2m, 2.0m, 2.5m and 3.0m, 5.0m.
It could cut to strip or punched into disc as customer's requirement.
Plain Weave: also called tabby weave, linen weave or taffeta weave, is the most basic type of weaves.
In plain weave, the warp and weft are aligned so they form a simple criss-cross pattern.
Each weft thread crosses the warp threads by going over one, then under the next, and so on.
The next weft thread goes under the warp threads that its neighbor went over, and vice versa.
Twill weave: in a twill weave, each weft or filling yarn floats across the warp yarns in a progression of interlaces to the right or left, forming a distinct diagonal line. This diagonal line is also known as a wale.
A float is the portion of a yarn that crosses over two or more yarns from the opposite direction.
Dutch Weave: similar with plain weave, just the weft and warp wire have different wire diameter and different mesh size.
Twill Dutch Weave: similar with twill weave, just the weft and warp wire have different wire diameter and different mesh size.
Reversed Dutch Weave: difference from standard dutch weave lies in the thicker warp wires and less weft wires.
The edges of stainless steel woven wire mesh: locked closed edges and open edges.
Most sizes are in our stock, the usual width is 1.0-2.0m, the length is 30m or 30.5m, others sizes can be customized as per customer's requires.
