Rubber filter belt also named vacuum belt, is the critical part of DU series rubber belt vacuum, vacuum belt hydro extractor and vacuum belt stock washer. The belt has the advantage of low distortion and volume change.According to different industry condition, the top and bottom rubber covers of the filter belt can adopt different formulations; the shaping of the rubber belt adopt one time whole compound technology, which can capability of the rubber belt.ensure the smoothness requirement and stable capability of the rubber belt.
In order to prevent the filtrate from overflowing, adopting an integrated structure of bonding waveform apron with parallel rubber belt, this kind of conveyor apron has a good retractility with its structure, which can prevent deviation and breakage of apron via roller, effective in preventing leakage of feed pulp and convenient for replacement. When passing by the roller, the skirt-edge will not be broke, and also can avoid the filter cloth crimpled. On the surface of rubber belt there are rows of crosswise grooves, this is called draining belt, with one or many rows of draining holes, the function of the draining holes is to collect filtrate into the vacuum box.The draining holes are pure rubber structure, which to Impede the acid and alkali liquid to erode the framework of the belt, and can prolong the service life greatly of the filter belt.

Product features classification
Filter belt of resisting acid and alkali
1) This kind of filter belt applicable for different working conditions which contacting with acid and alkali, such as phosphate fertilizer, alumina, catalyst (4A fluor), and so on.
2) The cover rubber adopts the mixture of rubber and plastics, and fills with anti-acid and alkali superior inert materials, which is much better than the chloroprene rubber anti-acid and alkali.
3) The framework of the belt is adopts high strength polyester canvas, which is stronger than the cotton canvas anti-acid and alkali.
4) The draining holes are pure rubber structure, which to impede the acid and alkali liquid to erode the framework of the belt, and can prolong the service life greatly of the filter belt.
Filter belt of resisting heat
1) This kind of filter belt is mainly used in filtering high temperature materials ,80ºC< anti - temperature <105°ºC.
2) The cover rubber adopts the EPDM rubber material which has a good capability in resisting heat and aging .
3) The framework of the belt is adopts high strength polyester canvas , and between the cover rubber and framework can lald anti - heat glass cloth . The draining holes are pure rubber structure , which to impede high temperature and filtrate to affect the framework . The service life of the filter belt can prolong greatly .
Filter belt of resisting oil
1) This kind of filter belt applicable for filtering various kind of oil materials .
