VVBM38/12 FINCM Steel Structure Metal CNC Vertical Beam Milling Machine (1000*600)
This machine tool is mainly used for milling grooves, milling end faces and web milling arc grooves of H-shaped steel end wing plates in steel structure industries such as construction, bridges, and municipal administration.
Equipment advantages:
1. The CNC longitudinal sliding table is used to process the locking of the inclined H-shaped steel at one time.
2. The machine tool has an automatic setting function, which can automatically change the amount of milling, which greatly improves productivity.
3. It adopts frequency conversion roller table to feed, which can be stably conveyed.
4. The scale of the conical milling cutter can be adjusted according to the cutting depth of the milling head, and the groove amount can be aligned to obtain the required groove size.
5. Cemented carbide indexable milling cutters are used for the processing of grooves, milling end faces and arc grooves.
6. The use of programmable controllers, touch screens and other electrical components, and the mechanical transmission uses high-precision mechanical components such as ball screws and linear rolling guides to improve positioning accuracy and extend the service life of the machine tool.
7. The feeding channel, main machine, and discharging channel form an automatic line, which can automatically and continuously mill the H-shaped steel of the same model.
