Product Description

LT-02P Leak Teste is suitable for seal test of flexible packaging in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, electronics and other industries. The test can effectively compare and evaluate the sealing process and sealing performance of flexible packaging, and provide scientific basis for determining relevant technical indexes. It can also be used to test the sealing performance of the samples after the drop and pressure test. Compared with the traditional design, the intelligent test is realized: the preset of multiple test parameters can greatly improve the detection efficiency; the test mode of increasing pressure can be used to quickly obtain the sample leakage parameters and observe the creep, fracture and leakage of the sample under the stepped pressure environment and different holding time. Vacuum attenuation mode is suitable for automatic sealing detection of high value content packaging in vacuum environment. Printable parameters and test results (optional for printer) .

Test principle

By vacuuming the vacuum chamber, make the sample immersed in water produce internal and external pressure difference, observe the gas escape in the sample, so as to determine the sealing performance of the sample;
By vacuuming the vacuum chamber to make the specimen produce internal and external pressure difference, observe the specimen expansion and the specimen shape recovery after releasing the vacuum, so as to determine the specimen sealing performance.
