Stainless Steel Mixing Tank
Introduction
Stainless steel mixing tank is a a tank to stir, mix, blend, homogenize the material. It is standard type or non-standard type according to the technology requirement. When it work, control the feed, discharge and mixing by manual or automatic.
The mixing tank is composed of tank body, cover, agitator, support, transmission, shaft seal device. And the heat device or cooling device is optional.
The body and cover is sealing by flange or welding. The body and cover could be perforated to feed, discharge, oversee, temperature, pressure, steam fractionation and safe venting.
Feature
1. Tank body: the inner surface is mirror polished, and the roughness Ra<0.4μm.
2. Upper cover: It is an movable cover, which is easy to clean and the double side of surfaces are mirror-polished.
3. Inner inclined bottom: the bottom of the tank is inclined at 5° and there is no retention of materials.
4. Jacket type: full jacket (built-in spiral deflector), semi-circular coil jacket, honeycomb jacket to be choosen.
5. Insulation material: filled with pearl wool, rock wool or polyurethane foaming.
6. The surface treatment of the shell: mirror polishing, 2B primary color matt or 2B frosted surface matt treatment.
7. Stirring device: Stirring in the center of the top, the output shaft of the reducer and the stirring paddle shaft are connected by a looper, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
8. Stirring speed: 10~120r/min (fixed speed or frequency conversion speed regulation); Paddle type: frame type, anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, etc.
9. Foot type: tube type or lug type.
10. Heating device: The electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket and the heating is even. Heat conduction oil or water is injected into the jacket as the heating medium.
11. Temperature control: The thermocouple is used to measure the temperature and connected to the temperature controller to measure and control the temperature, and the temperature of the material can be adjusted. The temperature transmission rod is directly inserted into the bottom of the tank, so that the temperature of the material liquid can be indicated even when the minimum liquid level is used.
12. Cooling device: the cooling is cold water through the heat exchange of the jacket.
13. Equipment configuration: electrical control cabinet, thermometer (digital display type or dial type), feed liquid import and export, spare port, heat medium import and export, cold medium import and export, etc.
14. Material: inner tank SUS304 or SUS316L; jacket and outer protective shell are SUS304;
15. The openings of the inlet and outlet nozzles and the welds of the inner tank adopt the arc transition of flanging technology, which is smooth and easy to clean without dead ends, and has a beautiful appearance.
