Product Description

The product is a carriage moving surface grinder, which mainly uses the periphery of the grinding wheel to grind the plane of the workpiece and the end face of the grinding wheel to grind the vertical surface of the workpiece.
Material and processing technology of main structure and core parts
3A means that the machine tool is 3-axis servo feed, which is lower feed servo feed and 2-axis servo feed of grinding wheel dresser. The lower feed adopts full closed-loop control of Heidenhain grating ruler to ensure the accuracy of feed and retreat cutter. The machine tool can carry out grinding and step shaping grinding, and can automatically compensate after grinding wheel dressing.
The lathe bed is made of high quality cast iron fc30, which has been normalized heat treatment and furan resin sand mold casting. It has good rigidity, precision and wear resistance. The guide rail is equipped with lubricating device and dust-proof baffle. All moving parts are lubricated with lubricating oil and equipped with dust-proof device.
The lower slide plate adopts double Λ type slide rail design to ensure the best stability. Scraping plates are installed at both ends to avoid mud liquid and dust invasion; the dovetail design is adopted for the middle sliding plate, and the conical workpiece can be adjusted and grinded arbitrarily.
The main shaft of grinding wheel and guide wheel is made of sncm-220h material from Japan. After carburizing and heat treatment, the surface hardness is above HRC60 ° and the stability and accuracy of each machine can be maintained after a long time of operation.
The adjusting wheel adopts Taida servo motor and DELTA servo drive to provide accurate stepless speed change, no spindle stall problem, and ensure the workpiece surface roughness and grind out the best product.
