Product Description Oil-free screw air compressor compresses air through two-stage screw rotors, and removes water from the compressed air through a water-gas separator. At the same time, because there is no oil injection cooling, it is generally equipped with a pre-cooler, an intercooler, and an aftercooler to cool the compressed air to reach the required exhaust temperature. The shaft of the rotor is sealed with excellent performance to prevent lubricating oil from leaking into the compressed air, so as to achieve true oil-free.
Working principle The turbine rotor rotates in the order of Figure 1→2→3→4, and the air is sucked into the space between the turbine stator and the turbine rotor. The volume of the crescent-shaped (point-symmetrical) compression chamber gradually decreases, and the compressed air is discharged from the exhaust port in the center.
Main application Oil-free scroll air compressor produces high-quality pure compressed air without oil, and is widely used in food and beverage, biology, electronic semiconductor, scientific laboratory, chemical industry and precision spraying and other fields.

Saving
Multiple air compressors are built into one chassis, and multi-level control is used to achieve operation and energy saving. Multi-level control is used to freely operate according to the number of units according to the amount of air used, thereby eliminating unnecessary operation and achieving energy saving.
Cleanse
No oil is needed for lubrication, and the exhaust air is of course clean. Due to the standard optional rust-proof air tank, the drainage is also clean. Therefore, a clean environment can be maintained at all times.
Small
The air machine has a smart design and a small and simple box, which greatly reduces the installation space. It can be easily moved after installing casters.

Main structure
Equipped with a large LCD display (optional), the operation is clear and convenient; when the air compressor needs maintenance or a fault occurs, the display will automatically issue an early warning prompt to remind you to perform maintenance or troubleshoot in time. Connect two compressors to perform alternating and follow-up operation. Switch between the main unit and the auxiliary unit according to the set time and perform alternating operation (alternating function). When the air volume is insufficient, the auxiliary unit starts to operate (pressure follow-up function). In the event of a failure of one unit, the other unit will start to operate (failure follow-up operation).
