ARIES primary shredder is a robust and reliable shredder mainly applied in processing MSW,bulky waste and industry waste.It typically goes first in the waste mechanical treatment.
Working Principle
Driven by the hydraulic motor,two main shafts with special-shaped knives rotate in the shredding chamber.By the action of tearing,shearing,and squeezing caused by knives and counter-plate,material is shredded into smaller pieces,which makes the later treatment or transportation easier and more efficient.
FeaturesThe main shaft adopts average point compression lock structure, which saves labor and is convenient for disassembly.It is optional to choose pressing device to realize better feeding and crushing of materials such as barrel.According to different materials and requirements, the driving mode can be motor + reducer or hydraulic drive motor + reducer.Specially designed bearing sealing system prevents foreign matter from entering the bearing.The main components of the hydraulic system are from the first-class international brand, bringing the smaller impact and stable performance to the machine.

By 2018, JONO has undertaken more than 80+ EPC Projects, which are distributed in more than 40 cities . Our equipment is capable of handling more than 50,000 tons of waste every day.Through persistence and accumulation, we have the proprietary knowledge of total solutions in eight segments, including Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), organic waste, decoration waste, construction waste, recyclables, bulky waste, industrial waste and landfill waste.
This project with the treatment capacity of 600t/d is set for a fine sorting of MSW before they were sent to the CFB (circulating fluidized bed) for incineration.it is the first pilot plant at Singapore to treat the non-source sorted waste, it includes pre-treatment, bio-drying and post-treatment, within the pre-treatment, HDPE, LDPE,PP and MIX PET will be sorted out, the remains will be sent to bio-drying box, after 8-9days, the water content will be reduced from 45% to 25%. After the post treatment,ferrous, non-ferrous and inert could be separated. Eventually the calorific value of RDF will be increased from 1000kcal/kg to 3800kcal/kg, which could reach the EU standard Class III. This MBT plant is focusing on recycling and RDF production, a good reference case for the idea of " waste to value".
Jono has independently developed the MSW mechanical biological treatment technology, and aunched the automatic disposal scheme of waste classification and treatment smart factory. After the intelligent separation of mixed MSW, the disposal path for products includes: Aerobic/Anaerobic fermentation to produce high-quality biological fertilizer; plastic granulation; production of high calorific value refused derived fuel RDF.
