HS-ZB Series EPS block moulding machine main features:
The machine adopts PLC and touch screen for controlling the mould opening, mould closing, material feeding, steaming, temperature keeping, vacuum cooling, de-molding and ejecting; Adopts high-efficient vacuum system and condensate device to improve molding speed and reduce the moisture content. Vacuum supported machine is very efficient for making high-density and thick blocks; The machine is welded from high-quality profile steel, through heat treatment, ensuring high strength of the machine without deformation, and possibility of bearing the expansion force of the high-density product; Adopting advanced molding technical, the machine is applicable to produce high-density and low-density block and ensure same quality of inside and outside block; The mould cavity surface is coated with Teflon, ensuring easy de-mould and good finish of the block; Block conveying line and electronic weighing scale for machine is optional. A: It takes usually 45-60days for machines, and 25-30days for EPS mold.
Q: Do you send engineer to our local place to instruct installation?
A:Yes,if you need,we will arrange engineer for you,and we can provide turn-key job.
Q: Warranty?
A: One year warranty after installation is completed.During warranty period, for broken parts not by man-made and wear parts, factory seller will replace free of charge. the shipping cost will be borne by buyer, seller will equip standard spare wear parts to buyer.
