High speed pelletizer is a device that directly granulates discarded thermoplastic films and products with a wall thickness of less than 2 millimeters. It can pelletize discarded products or films of soft polyvinyl chloride, high and low pressure polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, and other thermoplastic plastics, as well as waste products of foamed polystyrene.
After the waste is put into the machine pot, it is quickly cut into pieces by the high-speed rotating blade and the shear effect of the fixed blade. The shredded material or pieces flow along the wall of the pot under the centrifugal force of the rotating blade, and under the action of the slurry, the material flips up and down, moving from all sides towards the center of the pot. Due to the friction between the materials themselves and the friction with the pot wall and blade at high speed, a large amount of frictional heat is generated, causing the temperature of the materials to quickly rise to a semi plasticized state and adhere to each other into small pieces.
Before the material is about to clump, spray all the pre prepared quantitative water into the material. When cold water encounters hot material, it quickly vaporizes, taking away the surface heat of the material. This causes the surface of the material to cool sharply to prevent clumping. Then, through the crushing effect between the rotating blade and the fixed blade, it is cut into particles (irregularly sized particles). During the chopping process, appropriate pigments can also be added as needed for coloring.
PS:The granules produced by this machine can be directly used for extruders and injection machines. For products with strict requirements, they can also be extruded and granulated first, then plasticized and granulated before use.
