The complete process of this waste plastic recycling machine is belt conveyer - wet crusher - screw loader - friction washer - float washer - squeezing pelletizer - pelletizing line. The output could be 300~800kg/h. For dirty material, the clients will need more washing machine for cleaning the material. According to clients workshop, this plastic recycling machine could be arranged as "L" or "U" shape to save space.

Applications of Retech PP PE HDPE PVC Barrels Pipes Shredding Washing Drying Recycling Production Line: The design of Retech PP PE HDPE PVC Barrels Pipes Shredding Washing Drying Recycling Production Line is specially for crushing&cleaning&drying the HDPE flakes, the mainly design is customized according to customer's different requirements.
By efficient crushing unit, the bottles/barrels will be cutted into small flakes, then it will be convey to constantly washing and friction system. Usually we will make some hot washing units if the flakes is too dirty.
After fully washed and cleaned, the dryer machine with high RPM will make flakes dry. The final flakes moisture will be within 1%. It can be put to pelletizing directly by our pelletizing line.
With PLC controller system, it will running very automatically.
