Glucose and Maltose Myande glucose and maltose syrup production technology incorporates double-enzymatic process. After liquefaction, saccharification, filtration, decolorization and ion exchange, starch is turned into glucose syrup, which is further concentrated by multi-effect falling film evaporation. The production line adopts advanced intelligent control system, which can adjust PH value online and add enzymic preparations accurately.

Dextrose Monohydrate/ Anhydrous
The production process of crystalline glucose mainly includes starch milk mixing, liquefaction, saccharification, filtration, decolorization, ion exchange, evaporation, cooling crystallization, centrifugal separation and drying. Syrup cooling crystallization process adopts automatic continuous crystallization system, which has great crystal forming and stable product quality.

Fructose Syrup
The production process of F55 fructose syrup mainly includes starch milk mixing, liquefaction, saccharification, rough filtration, fine filtration, ion exchange, evaporation, isomerization, chromatographic separation, mixing bed ion exchange and deodorization, etc. The production line is fully intelligent control, which can adjust PH online and add enzyme preparations accurately.The chromatography system adopts the latest chromatography separation technology sequential simulated moving bed (SSMB) and has the advantages of stable control, excellent separation effect and low water consumption.

Maltodextrin
The production process of maltodextrin mainly includes starch milk mixing, liquefaction, saccharification, protein filtration, decolorization, ion exchange, evaporation and spray drying. Myande provides turnkey plants for maltodextrin processing with various capacities.
