Product Description
Characteristics of ZYS CNC Internal Grinder for Ball Bearing Ring:
1. The internal grinder is equipped with Japanese MITSUBISHI control system, which can display the grinding process dynamically through plasma touch screen.
2. The feeding system is driven by MITSUBISHI servo motor and ball screw, which can realize high precision fast approach and high sensitivity slow feeding. The minimal resolution can be 0.25um.
3. The speed of oscillation mechanism can be regulated thorugh AC frequency converter.
4. The internal grinder is equipped with MARPOSS measuring instrument.
5. The grinding frame and the workpiece feeding systems adopt highly precision and preloaded cross roller guide rail, which can ensure good rigidity and long service life.
6. The spindle uses sleeve-type structure and can adjust speed through frequency converter.
