Brief introduction:
Epoxy vinyl ester resin is prepared by the chemical reaction of epoxy resin and methacrylic acid through ring-opening addition. It retains the basic segment of epoxy resin, and has the good process performance of unsaturated polyester resin. After curing under suitable conditions, it shows some special excellent properties.
Features:
The standard bisphenol A epoxy vinyl resin is a vinyl resin synthesized by the reaction of methacrylic acid and bisphenol A epoxy resin. It has been dissolved in styrene solution. The specific molecular structure is shown in the figure below.Properties:
INV-V440 is a pre-accelerated, pre-thixotropic, low shrinkage vinyl resin with the following characteristics:
1. Good glass fiber wettability, convenient construction;
2. Low shrinkage, good dimensional stability and smooth surface;
3. High toughness, crack resistance, high heat resistance temperature, and excellent strength retention rate at high temperature.
Matters needing attention:
1. The transportation shall comply with the regulations on the transportation and handling of hazardous chemicals in Chapter V of the State Council's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Chemical Hazardous Substances".
2. The product should be stored in a cool place below 25ºC, avoid fire and isolate the heat source.
3. The shelf life is 3 months under the specified storage conditions.Product Parameters

Small quality of sample in stock will be free, but the freight will be charged.

3. What is the lead time for mass production?

4. What is your terms of payment?
100% full payment for the 1st trial order; from next order, 30% payment in advance, 70% payment after buyer get the B/L copy. We also accept L/C if you need.
