Manufacturing flow of mould

1	RFQ	Get the sample or drawing from customer, analyze and quote as per customer requests, make DFM, give some professional suggestions to help customer improve the product
2	Negotiation	Discuss about the mould steel, delivery time, payment term and so on
3	Place an order	Customer confirms the plastic material, injection machine spec and other details, we start make the design
4	Mould design	Make the mould design on the basis of confirmed product design, accordingly customer machine spec and other requests.
5	Mould tooling	Start the mould tooling after mould design confirmed.(Cut steel, CNC machining, polishing, testing.)
6	Mould processing	Mould process photo or video update to customer each 10 days
7	Test sample	T1: checking if mould working corrects, if the dimension, weight, wall thickness meet customer request. If everything ok, send the sample to customer approve
8	Delivery	Once sample approved, we check eavey detials of mould, make sure the mould work well, than will ship the moulds within 7 days after get customer ship
9	Shipping	By Sea- Nearest port: Ningbo or Shanghai, By Air- Nearest port: Shanghai or Hangzhou

5. Transport by container

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q:How to go to your factory?
You can come to us by flight, bus and bullet train. It's 1.5 hours by flight from Guangzhou to our city. 3 hours by bullet train from Shanghai to our city. 1 hour by bullet train from Ningbo to us.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 40-60 days for 1st sample. or it is 60-90 days for big moulds
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we will send the mould testing smaple to customer, and will part two time freight fee.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Huangyan, Taizhou city, Zhejiang Province, China.One hour from Taizhou airport by car, 20 minutes from train station to our factory.
Q. When can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 48 hours after we get your inquiry. For the urgent inquiry please let us know, we will quote to you within 24 houus
Q. I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A: We very welcome you give us the samples, we will help you finish the 3D drawing design.
