XINCHEN molecular distillation system, is a process of separation, purification and concentration of natural products, complex and thermally sensitive molecules for example vitamins and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
The process of distillation when carried out in an apparatus designed for high vacuum in order to allow the molecules escape from the warm liquid into a cooler surface inside a condenser before coming in contact with other molecules and finally settle down into the liquid is known as molecular distillation.
Working Principle
Short Path Distillation can achieve "liquid-liquid" separation at very low vacuum according to the mean free path difference of molecular motion under the temperature of much lower than the liquid boiling point.The scraper system forcing liquid film evaporation or distillation of a highly efficient evaporation.

Evaporation tube body using G3.3 borosilicate glass: easy to observe the material under different conditions of pressure,temperature, flow and speed changes (such as material color, viscosity, film forming effect, out of the critical point, etc.).Help to get the best process parameters and experimental data. 2.Can achieve precise temperature control: the maximum temperature of the evaporation tube system can reach 200 ºC, the maximum temperature within the jacket up to 300 ºC;3.Transmission system: The magnetic coupling transmission, to ensure high-speed operation of the evaporation cylinder pressure limit system up to 0.001mbar4.Film self-cleaning roller or scraper system through the centrifugal force of the material into a film to improve the evaporation efficiency and reduce operating time;5.High cleanliness: the material in the separation process only contact with glass and PTFE composite material, no other pollution.6.Ease of maintenance: all flange design, easy disassembly.7.According to customer requirements, evaporation tube specifications Φ60 ∽ Φ300 optional.
