APPLICATIONS
Soluble starch is processed through acid hydrolysis to improve its solubility in water. The gel and gel strength of starch treated with acid increased, and the ratio of cold viscosity to hot viscosity increased. This product is a white powder, odorless, soluble in boiling water, insoluble in cold water or ethanol. No reducing substances, stable chemical properties. Widely used as a diluent, absorbent, disintegrant, and adhesive for tablets, granules, and capsules. Especially suitable for preparing low sugar and sugar free granules and as fillers for traditional Chinese medicine extracts. In addition, this product is also a widely used food additive.
