This series plastic recycling machine will be used to recycle pet bottle,water bottle,Sprite bottle,cola bottle,juice bottle,pet sheet,pet packing container,pet strap and so on. After washing recycling ,dirty pet material will remover label,oil,glue,sand etc.
New flakes can be make 2-d or 3-d pet fiber,filament yarn,pet strap,pet sheet ,pet film etc.
According to the final usage of PET flakes, We supply:

Manufacturing Technique
--- Bale opener: open the baled pet bottles and loose it
--- Trommel: Further loose the pet bottles, screen out the sands, soil from the bottles
--- Label separator: remove and separate labels from waste bottles.
--- Sorting belt: manual sorting out different color and Non-PET bottles.
--- Wet crusher: with water, shredder plastic bottle into small size.
--- 1# floating washer tank: washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty.
--- 1# high speed friction washer machine: with high speed friction washing out dirty.
--- Hot washer tank: with hot water washing to remove oil, glue and dirty.
--- 2# high speed friction washer machine: with high speed friction washing out dirty
--- 2# floating washer tank: washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty.

--- Dewatering machine: remove the dirty and water from the material.
