The VMC-1370 is a high performance vertical CNC machining center which is suitable for various industries of parts processing, such as automotive industry, aircraft industry, parts manufacturing and 5G industry. The table size and load capacity are superior. The table size is 1400mm*700mm, and the maximum load can be up to 900kg. All castings of this machine have been secondary tempered which can provide extremely high rigidity and stability for the machine. It adopts Integrated bearing block design which can effectively improve the overall rigidity of the axial system and effectively avoid the rotation deformation of the screw. The major parts and accessories are imported from Taiwan or Europe and America. Excellent parts combined with our rich experience in assembly, each product has extremely high accuracy and excellent service life.

The performance of the spindle is also very excellent. The travel distance of XYZ axis are 1300/700/750mm. The motor and the spindle are connected by a highly rigid non-clearance coupling, which can reduce the motor loss and improve the mechanical efficiency. The Z axis adopts the brake motor system, which can maintain balance and sensitivity at the same time of rapid displacement, which can ensuring the machining accuracy. Three axis motor and precision high speed ball screw use direct drive, wihch can greatly saving non - processing time.
