Flexible gravity conveyors offer an economical solution for loading items into a truck and unloading items from the truck. These conveyors easily expand to reach from within a store or from the end of a fixed conveyor to the front wall of the trailer. They can also gradually contract or expand as the trailer is filled or emptied for maximum efficiency and ergonomic benefit.
Flexible conveyors can be curved into various configurations to deliver to multiple loading docks. Flexible conveyor solutions allow for fewer operators, increased speed, improved ergonomics and safety, and more efficient loading and unloading.
We offer a flexible roller conveyor for applications where packages of odd shapes and sizes, or packages that may be too small for skate wheel conveyors, are being loaded and unloaded. With all-steel construction and a per-foot load capacity of 200 pounds, the conveyor enables unparalleled speed and efficiency for even the most unconventional applications.Designed to expand, contract and move easily. The all stainless steel construction provides unmatched structural integrity, whether the conveyor is extended, contracted or configured in simple or compound curves.
This unit is engineered to handle odd shaped cartons, drums, and pails in low to medium volume applications. It is the best choice for moving items without a flat, solid surface.
Flexibility
Conveyors are able to bend and twist as needed to go around obstacles. Conveyors can even curve up to 180º curves.The flexibility of our conveyors also allows a single conveyor to service multiple doors.
Self Tracking
Cartons will follow the twists and turns of the conveyor path without using engineered curves.
Expandability
NestaFlex conveyors are designed to expand and contract as needed to help with the loading and unloading process. Once trucks are loaded or unloaded, conveyors can be conveniently contracted and stored to save floor space.
Rollers
Conveyors come with stainless steel d 50 mm rollers. The rollers provide maximum durability.
