CHIPPING&CRUSHING
In the whole charcoal making plant( wood pellet plant,) before raw materials are made into wood briquettebar
(biomass pellets), they need to be cut into much smaller but uniform particles. When the thickness is larger than
10mm or the size is over 50 * 50mm, wood chipper is needed to chip these materials into smaller pieces. Then
hammer mill will crush these small pieces into wood powder with diameter less than 3mm.

DISC TYPE WOOD CRUSHER
Wood crusher is the special chipping/crushing equipment for raw wood of 50-250mm( diameter).During the
working process, the raw wood will be chipped, re-crushed and sieved, the wood crusher combines both
chipping and crushing in one machine to get the wood sawdust directly. The diameter of wood sawdust can
reach to 2-5mm, which is suitable for further drying and briquetting, no need to use other wood chippers,
wood crusher shows the advantage of precise structure, high capacity, energy consumption, high-quality
finished products, easy maintained, etc
