Electroplated emery SDC and electroplated borax nitride CBN have high abrasive grade and strong cutting force, and the effect is good both for grinding and for enhancing friction coefficient. Dongju's engineers suggest that the rapid detachment of diamond products may be due to the grain size or quality of the diamond, as well as the poor coating or adhesion. The requirements for electroplated diamond tools in different industries are basically the same, namely fast speed, long service life, and high grinding accuracy. To ensure these characteristics, the coated metal not only needs to have high hardness and lifespan, but also requires uniform distribution in various parts of the substrate to prevent the coating from falling off and shortening the tool lifespan. Dongju not only optimized the plating solution formula and plating process, but also adopted charging into the groove to prevent bipolar phenomena. For complex shaped workpieces, a short period of high current impact air plating was used to reduce the impact of internal stress and hydrogen evolution in the coating, and improve the quality of the coating.
