HPM75 is a nonmagnetic, high-hardness and free-cutting plastic die steel produced by special melting process, and it is an austenitic nonmagnetic die steel with nonmagnetic and high strength among HPM series steels. It can maintain stable austenite in various States and has very low magnetic permeability. HPM75 non-magnetic steel has the characteristics of high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and non-magnetism, which are comparable to many die characteristics such as stainless steel SUS304. Therefore, it is suitable for mold products with high requirements on corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The gas nitrocarburizing heat treatment can further improve the surface hardness and wear resistance, thus improving the service life of the die. HPM75 nonmagnetic steel is easy to work hardening, so it is suggested to work at low speed.
