The pressure screen rotor rotates inside or outside the screen basket, and the rotor on the rotor runs close to the screen basket. At the front of the rotor, the rotor exerts pressure on the pulp, allowing the pulp to pass quickly. At the rear of the rotor, a negative pressure is formed, and the purified slurry backwashes the screen basket to prevent the screen holes from being blocked.
The pressure screen rotor effectively shortens the residence time of impurities in the sscreen area, reduces the possibility of impurity circulation, and improves the screening efficiency; on the other hand, it prevents damage to the rotor and the screen basket caused by heavy impurities, and extends the Service life.
