3. Mechanical properties: The surface can withstand a compressive load of 200Kg/cm2 without deformation or lack of volume. It has a very low coefficient of friction, excellent dimensional stability, and tensile elongation is less than or equal to 5%.
4. Electrical insulation: It has unique electrical insulation, the dielectric constant is 2.6, and the dielectric loss tangent is below 0.0025.
5. Corrosion resistance: It can resist the corrosion of almost all pharmaceutical items, and it will not age or deform under strong acid and alkali conditions.
6. The extremely low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1) is the best choice for oil-free self-lubrication.
7. Safe and non-toxic, it has been approved by the US FDA and European LFGB food testing certification and has been approved to be widely used in food processing, packaging and other processing fields.
