1. HDPE/MDPE fuel gas/water supply pipe features:
This Large diameter HDPE/MDPE fuel gas/water supply pipe extrusion line is mainly used for producing large diameter HDPE/MDPE pipe. The pipe has some excellent features such as heating resistant, aging resistant, high mechanical strength, environmental stress cracks resistant, good creep resistant, etc. It is a preferred gas conduit for ductwork systems between city and its suburb, water supply in city.
2. Production line features:


Extruders: Plastic Single-screw extruders for HDPE/PP, optinal SJ45, SJ55, SJ65,SJ75, SJ90,SJ100,SJ120,SJ150, L/D 33:1 or 38:1.
Extrusion capacity from 40kg/h to 1500kg/h.
High efficiency extruder is designed for HDPE pipe, equipped with reducer which is high speed and low noise, feeding section with cooling unit and reversing spiral groove, different pitch undulant screw which allows great output, lower melting temperature, and lower energy consumption.
Extrusion die-head
Single layer extrusion die mould, double layers extrusion die moudld, three-layers extrusion molds.
Distributed spiral composite extrusion die-head ensures the melting pressure and flux even and stable, the surface of pipe smooth and glossy.

Vacuum calibration water tanks, and spray water cooling tank: made of stainless steel ensures precise calibration and fast cooling.
Multi claws haul-off unit: Chipless cutting machine:
speed adjusted by frequency inverter or by servo-motors. Be able to cut large diameter and thick wall pipe, servo-motors
Haulling speed: 0-30m/min.
Cutting machine
1.No-dust Cutter:The chip-free cutting machine can keep the production environment clean and noiseless. The incision is smooth and neat, which improves the appearance quality of the pipe.
2.Planetary Cutter:Planetary cutting machine with special hard fit blade, suitable for large diameter thick wall pipe cutting
