Production line machine introduction:
1.Hammer Mill:
(1)Widely used in feed mills, food factories, livestock farms, etc;
(2)Used for crushing various kinds of pellet raw materials such as corn, sorghum, wheat, bean, wood chip, etc; it's an ideal general type hammer mill;
(3)Rotor has passed high precision balance test; small vibration and long service life;
(4)The hammer, screen and pin axle have gone through special heat treatment; they have a long service life and high crushing effect;
2.Feed Mixer:
(1)HJJ series of horizontal ribbon mixer is suitable for concentrated feed, the full price of powdered feed mixing.
(2)Specially designed nesting institutions open angle rapid discharge, fast discharge, small residues.
(3)Double helix ribbon hybrid mixed in no dead ends,short cycle. Designed with liquid oils to add pipe.
(4)Pneumatic or manual door opening mechanism,convenient and reliable.
3.Feed Pellet Machine:
(1)Small Capacity&Home Use Flat Die Feed Pellet Machine:1).This feed pellet machine is used to produce pellet feed for pig, cattle, sheep, rabbit, chicken, duck, fish, etc;
2).The raw material could be corn, soybeans, fish h meal, wheat bran, grass, alfalfa, straw etc materials.
3).The moisture content of material could be:12-16%.
4).The size of materials could be: 6mm.
(2)Medium Capacity&Farm Use Ring Die Feed Pellet Machine:
1)Drive mechanism adopts high strength belt, with steady running and low noise;
2)Drive mechanism adopts high quality bearing to ensure high speed and stable operation;
3)Feeding part is equipped with a permanent magnet to remove Metallic impurities; this prolongs the service life of main parts and meanwhile reduce the use of auxiliary equipment.
(3)Big Capacity&Farm Use Ring Die Feed Pellet Machine:
LXL series Ring Mould Pellet Mill is the main machine of making granular fodder, it can be used to make various roughage and refined fodder in livestock farm and feed mill, and also used for chemical industry, fertilizer industry and sugar industry.
