The BL series industrial grade integrated explosion-proof refrigerator is a Class IIC explosion-proof refrigeration system manufactured using integrated explosion-proof technology according to industrial environmental requirements.

The explosion-proof single door refrigerator only has one door and no dedicated freezer. The freezer box is directly composed of an evaporator and adopts a box structure with a small door installed on the upper part of the inner liner. The temperature inside is generally -12~-6 ℃, which can be used for ice making and freezing chemicals. Below the evaporator is a refrigeration room, without any insulation facilities in the middle. The cold storage room is cooled by natural convection of air, and the temperature is generally controlled at 0-10 ℃. There are temperature sensors, shelves, and temperature controllers installed in the explosion-proof chamber outside.
The explosion-proof refrigerator adopts internationally leading ultra-weak current technology to isolate intrinsically safe circuits, and has undergone special manufacturing and explosion-proof treatment. The design and manufacturing of the product strictly follow the relevant national standards:
